Bring May Flowers!!!
This morning I was looking through some Picasa picture albums of all that we have done and been through in the last five months, it's amazing! My belly pictures along boggle my mind!
Here's a few updates of our life in the last few months....
- I am in my third trimester, 31 weeks. This little guy growing inside of me is so fun! My belly is getting really big! He is moving around constantly, even got the hiccups the other day. He needs to cook for a little while longer, but the end is in sight and I can't wait!
- We have been believing God that my placenta has moved up (it was considered low at 20 weeks) and our ultrasound on Friday proved God faithful! It has moved above Anderson's head, about 3 cm, which she said is not considered low anymore! We got to the midwife next Friday to confirm the Radiologist's findings, but we have no doubt that things are progressing just like we said they would.
- Our house is almost done!!! We close on the 13th and move in on the 14th.
I told Mike, I feel like newlyweds again. We are so excited to have a home and to be on our own. It has really been great living with mom and dad, and they have blessed us more then they will ever know, but there is nothing like getting back to your routine as a couple.
- Mike is doing great! Loving his job, staying busy, traveling less, getting ready for daddyhood! We just finished our baby classes and he was amazing. I am so excited for him to coach me and be with me in this experience. He gives me so much comfort and encouragement, even as the stretch marks start to take over! He is going to be such an amazing dad and I can't wait til he holds his little boy.
- I am staying super busy working at Venue Church. We are so blessed by this community and have stepped into a number of lead roles. God is stretching me and molding me into a new creation and I am so thankful for the encouragement and grace we receive from our pastor's and friends. I am learning a lot about the "business of the church" and using my gifting's to the max. It's so exciting to be apart of the revival in Cleveland!
- Speaking of Cleveland... I can now say I love it here. No, not every day is sunshine and roses, but God has ordered our steps to this place and has blessed us beyond what we could have comprehend. I can't stand in the shadows and deny his goodness or his love for this city. He is sending powerful men and woman of God to this city for what I believe is the start of something huge. And to think that we are a small part of that is amazing. This is our homeland, where our families live, where our children will grow up, it's worth our investment and sacrifice to make the city great again. Not to mention, it's done snowing!
I pray that God's peace and blessing flood you today! Thanks for sharing life with us!
Love you!
